Prices and Payments:
Prices and costs of delivery are liable to change at any time; however, this action will not affect any confirmed orders our customers have placed.
Payments for all orders must be made by Debit/Credit Cards in the Checkout page. We accept cards by most payment companies.
Please be aware that online payment transactions are subject to a validation check by your Credit/Debit Card Issuer; in the case of a declined authorization of the payment, please contact your bank. Tala © also carries out a standard pre-authorization test on your Credit/Debit Card; your order will not be dispatched until this test has been completed.
There is a possibility of an online handling or processing fee charged by your card issuer, please note that this is not our responsibility.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer a same-day delivery service for our customers in Qatar, simply choose the option at the checkout page (PLEASE NOTE THAT SAME-DAY DELIVERY IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE 3PM)
All placed orders will be delivered on the next day of your purchase, including weekends.
In the case of your failure to answer the courier service, your item will be returned, and we will contact you to have it delivered on the next day.
International orders will be shipped via DHL (charges will be applied in the checkout page)
If you wish to deliver items as a gift, simply choose the “gift” option at checkout and the billing information will be emailed to you only.
Returns and Exchange Policy
All of our customers in Qatar can return their purchased items within 10 days of the delivery date; please note that we will not accept return requests for items that have been delivered for more that 10 days.
Please fill out the attached return form which will accompany your order and send it along with your item.
If you wish to return purchased goods, please note the following:
- The item must have all tags attached in their original conditions
- The item must be placed in the original packaging.
- The item should not be used, worn, damaged or faulted.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale, unless the item has been delivered to you in a damaged condition.
- We do not accept returns on delicate items (such as house ware, books and stationery, cosmetics and fragrances) due to hygienic reasons.
- If you wish to return shoes, they must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box; if they are returned without the original box, a damaged box, or if the soles are damaged, the return will not be accepted, and the shoes will be returned to you.
After returning an item, please allow a time period of two weeks for the money to be returned to your account.
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order.
